Yeah, I'm told something broke the glass rendering. The texture is glass/glasswindow007a, which comes default from Half-Life 2, so it's probably not an issue with your install, and it's probably not your fault. Perhaps there's an issue with the specular? Try using the command mat_specular 0 and see if that helps.

Yeah, the file is packaged into the game's files, you wouldn't be able to file it without special editors. It was mostly a note-to-self. Did validating or disabling addons work?

I looked in my files for both games, and found nothing with "glasswindow007a" in them, how can I fix this?

Hmm... The glass texture should be a default Half-Life 2 texture that comes with Garry's Mod. Specifically, it's the glass texture glass/glasswindow007a, which comes prepackaged in all source engine games. Here are some troubleshooting steps:
We all hate doing it because it takes forever, but you might want to try validating your game files to make sure everything works. You may also want to check and see if any of your other mods are what's causing the issue, it's possible a vfx, shader, or texture replacement mod breaks something. If it's still busted, leave another comment and I'll double-check that everything's alright with the map.

I installed and mounted all the HL2 games(except for lost coast) and the glass isn't transparent, It's just white.

Glad you like it! I mentioned earlier on in this thread that I've got an upgraded version of this map with all-new textures and areas sitting on one of my old PCs somewhere. Maybe one day I'll dig it up and post it, but generally speaking I've moved on from Garry's Mod mapping for the time being. Maybe I'll come back to it, who knows? Garry's Mod is one of those games that never really goes away. Till then, I really appreciate all the kind comments.

The room at spawn requires Team Fortress 2 to be installed and mounted. Regarding the glass and the AI nodes, The glass SHOULD be a default HL2 texture and the map SHOULD be properly noded. Given it seems that you're having problems, I don't know what the cause is.

Glass isn't visible, some rooms have untextured walls. and, sadly, it says it does not have AI nodes

can you add a interviewing place with 2 chairs and a table? if so that would be cool you should also add a containment hall

Add a small room with a chair and only a spotlight on it.

I thought the room off to the side was already pretty big, perhaps I will one of these days.

I have to admit, while I do have an unfinished updated version of this map buried deep within my computer's files, I haven't been into Garry's Mod or Mapping in a long time. Me uploading a new version isn't off the table, but I'm not sure if or when I will. Even still, thanks for the suggestion, I'll make sure to add that to the list. If you have any more, feel free to leave them here in the comments, I read every single comment on all my uploads.

There is a bug which now appears on my screen. The starting area has now purple and black textures and the windows aren't even appearing. Not sure if it's just my computer's age or something else. But if it happening to others. Is there a fix?

Capitalizaton much? Anyway, I've kind of been away from doing maps for a while, but I'm still collecting ideas and updates when I do inevitably come back to the map, and I do have the files still. As for your suggestions, Those are some cool ideas. I'm reminded of the "set up the laser" section in Half-Life 1.

I Have An Idea For Two Labs. Electrical Test Lab And Laser Test Lab. (Question Is Why You Dont Seem To Update This. If You Dont Have The File, Provide Me With A Link To The New Version.)
I Think The Underwater Windows Have To Be Replaced With Different Windows? As I Am Not Good At, Knowing Fixes For These Issues.
As For The Buttons, It Might Be A Client Side Issue And Not A Server Side Issue. A Simple Fix Would Be Adding A Decal On Or Above The Buttons.

Also as for the fire room, Yeah i'm planning on changing it a fair bit since the lava is a TF2 texture and doesn't really fit the map. The fire room (and that general area accessed through the teleporter) was easily my least favourite portion of the map, since it was poorly copy-pasted together and was just a bid to add some extra rooms, if i'll be completely honest. If anyone has any suggestions on ideas to flesh that area out a bit more, let me know.

Yeah, apparently the game handles water in a very strange way that I've never seen before. In my updated build (that i should really work on more often) I have the water bit closed off for the time being until I find a better solution. The Source engine wasn't really built for this sort of stuff, and I'm too inexperienced to actually fix it. The issue is that water is handled based on a special kind of brush and a special texture on top to define the water's surface.

P.S. Yes, I know there are rooms with one way windows that work perfectly, the underwater ones are glitcthy because of the way the game renders water.

I think the issue with the underwater windows is that since the interior surface is the same material as the exterior, adjacent surfaces are not able to render. This means you will either have to make both sides of the surface glass or change the interior material. Also, NPCs are not effected by the burn trig. You may have it player friendly. If not, make the lava sport a flame trig instead.

I think a freezing chamber could be interesting although it would be hard to recreate I guess
