Some weird bug that im not sure how to 100 percent resolve, sometimes footsteps work, sometimes not at random.

seems to be working now only issue is the concrete platforms (not sure about the others) make no footstep sounds or at least CUT_PLATFORM_NORMALTILE_CONCRETE_5X40

You decompile the pbo's and find a texture you like, copy the path onto one of the prop platforms.

Ex. RealWorldTextures2\Ceiling\ceiling_01_co.paa

if the object is too bright use

RVMAT_Base\usertexture.rvmat

in the rvmat selection.

you pretty much need to experiment from there making all sorts of stuff with different textures and shapes.

if a texture you need is transparent, like metal bars or fence etc, use an alphatest rvmat. (warning it dosent work with glass textures, god only knows why.)

I had to rollback the props, but I uploaded the update now, it was an unused class, rip.

Should be under a new editor category called CUT, verify the mod in the launcher. if its still not there I will double check on my end so let me know.

Photoshop has a batch processing, most likely GIMP has it as well. If the source textures are in power of 2 (dimension-wise) it should be pretty easy and quick job to convert them into desired format with proper suffixes (if they are sorted as transparent, non-transparent groups).

You can check out the rvmat in my User Texture Pack. Just copy paste and change to fit your need.

I'm not sure if I ever will use your addon, but I gave it "thumb up" anyway. Simply because it greatly expands on a quite obscure feature of Arma mission editor - talk about thinking out of the box!

ahh ok. I thought this was a complete texture overhaul of arma. When i did change out the textures, i did see a increase to FPS but never completed it. Was hoping someone would do it some day.

No this is not a retexture project, this adds loose textures for mission makers, screenshot artists, and others to have a greater degree of building freedom with the User Texture Prop in Eden, and POLPOX's Extended User Texture Prop.

hey, are u trying to retexture grounds, grass, and every single building? ive tried this before but it lost traction
