The Kashio and Shel's Adventure mods appear to break Shel's decks, if you don't have either of those mods enabled, it's likely due to another mod.

shel's deck no longer appears for some reason

Shel's Deck seems nice so far, though the Grafts seem to be chosing from other characters so far, got to choose one that Rigs and one that cares about Adrenaline.
Should be interesting once it's further fleshed out with some 'Rare' cards and character specific grafts.

... although it did crash the game again while loading the main menu, the callstack I got seemed to reference some kind of trouible displaying the savefile for Shel's Adventure. Doing a full reboot again allowed me to start the game normally again.

I am happy to report that the mod is working properly now after a full reboot of Steam, reinstall of the game and verification of all files. I don't know what did it, but somthing along those lines did.

It seems that it is working for others, so try unsubscribing, ending steams task on task manager, signing back in, and subscribing again to reinstall the mod if that helps.

Nope, running both mods together still causes a crash, with the same callstack.

I was running it WITHOUT the original Shel's Adventure, as per indicated. I will try it with it now.

It crashes me when I run them together but it seems that it works differently for others anyways

I am afraid to inform you that your mod causes a LUA crash when the game attempts to load up the character selection screen while this mod is active. Might want to look into that.
I can get you the callstack, if that helps you.
