Probably because you're subscribed to the playermodel version of those models. Also try turning off all the addons and check if it works. Let me know if it's fixed.

the ragdolls are tposeing for me

It's probably because of that. Sadly, back then when I was making GMOD NPC's I was a begginer and didn't know that much about LUA. Because of that I was making NPC's out of playermodels and with that I was changing the animations, which are different. That's why they both can't be installed at the same time.
