Great news! I've fixed the problem, you can use both addons now.

i mean for me they kinda work, the npcs sometime go into tpose but can kinda be fixable by just respawning them

You can check if the PM's work, but i'm pretty sure they'll be broken. For now I don't have a fix but i'll try to find a way out.

ah really? is there a way of fixing this problem perhaps? me and my friend would really love to use these when we rp etc

No problem :) Also, don't install the original PM version, because having both addons ( NPC's and PM's ) will result in an animation mix. ( T Pose )
