@Because you have to dock it, please read the workshop description. I'll also write it here:
1. To connect to the ARGO , spawn them together using the Selection Tool in the Editor

@Spittin fax! You load the ARGO first, and then use the Selection Tool to paste in the Supercharger (click the Dotted Rectangle icon on the top bar > then Folder icon on the left bar > click on Workshop > then select the Supercharger > then click on the Paste icon on the left bar). Then spawn.

@jn.lajda13 When the Supercharger is attached to the ARGO, you can use the Bottom Connectors on the Supercharger to Dock to your Underwater Station or to the ODIN's Deck, but there is no Airlock in the Supercharger to transfer people.
For that you want to use the Arms + Hatch for ARGO , or you could simply exit the ARGO from its Airlock and close it from the outside.

@Builders Hammer You spawn them together, get in the ARGO, dive a bit so you're closer to the Supercharger, and then active the Docking Connectors to attach to it.
