The smooth transition between roof and curtain wall reminds me of this particular building built in Florida with a similiar design

Hey... the problem with the lod textures isn t really a performance thing but it is a "space thing". All lod textures are put in to one (!) big texture by the game, called a texture atlas. The max size of this atlas is 4096x4096. If all textures don t fit in, then the gane scales them down in order to get them all in to the atlas, which can resuot in blurry textures etc. Therefore its mandatory to keep lod textures as small as possible. Don't get me wrong ... I still love this asset. :) This was just ment as an explanation. Idk if marconok19 knew this already...

i love it, and lot is ok, at least for me, were not back in 2k15, with 32gb ram and aedequate chipset and CPU, its no prob, only if you use it multiple times, but who will spawn this as row house after all?

LOD texture is 256x2048. This is too large imho.
