The update I put out should resolve the government issues. It might not fix the issue in existing save games, but it should fix in the future.

Also, for extra security make sure that the patch is loaded last in the loading order of the three mods.

There seems to be a bug right now that is preventing new vampire vassals from converting to the traditions government form. I'm pretty sure it's related to this mod/CoW2

I wasn't actually aware, but thanks! I see that now the Princes of Darkness includes the Sack of Baghdad in 1258. So, I'll have to see if it somehow affects anything related to the Metropolis holding there.

I'm holding off updating COW2-Princes of Darkness Compatibility for Paradox's 1.1.1 patch until Princes of Darkness have been updated for it.

Yeah, I took it down temporarily, until I get the (correct) version up. I'd had the version of the mod up that was incorrect. My bad!

Seems the alternative mod isn't accessible anymore, keeps saying problem accessing the item. So this would be the only option

You can use this one for now. It has been updated for the latest version of Princes of Darkness (21. September).

I put the suggestion there in case there are any major updates or reworks done with Princes of Darkness.
