It adds a national spirit and an event. Both are done with a new file. So I dont think PDX can ♥♥♥♥♥♥ so hard to make this not work anymore. So in short: yes. If it doesnt work, pls let me know.

is mod still working normally?

@Dougulas There are plenty of mods on the workshop that say that, but they're still functioning normally. In fact, there are mods I'm using that were last updated for 1.9+ that still work fine. That indicator means nothing. The only time a mod should be updated is if it is no longer functioning as it should.
