Pause game, click options, click video, click advanced,
Change "High dynamic range" option to none,
Click ok.
See if that fixes it.

I just wish it was more foggy like in the picture. Cause the map in really bright.

maybe they made a map of your dupe because for some players that dupe is laggy.
