Not what I was gonna do, I stuck to the Figures because it's the only official 3D thing we have of the characters, besides Sans in Smash.
I wasn't trying to be loyal to the merch, just how the models looked, then by extension their ingame sprites too (mainly with flexes)

I mean, it would be challenging as well tho because her “armor” looks like pure energy, so a unique design is good too.

If you want to be REALLY loyal to all the merch, other than just the figurines, for the Genocide package, I advise you look at the tarot prints. Undyne the Undying has a rather badass design that would be cool as a model, her card being The Chariot.

how about the undertale shopers ?

There kind of is a Geno package with them, those either being Bodygroups or full on models due to reasons I won't get into. However, Mettaton Neo depends on Mettaton EX to be a model, and EX I could not make his head. There wasn't good enough reference material for that.
As for Undying, Undyne, Alphys, and most of the Dreemurrs came last in the picking order. I was starting to get burned out of the UT models.

Is there gonna be a Mettaton Neo and an Undyne the Undying too. You know, a genocide package?
