It's a joke about him being female/literally can be used to make him look female. Which isn't funny. It's something hetero trash do on TF2. On a game about Men, they make one character a female in their head, because hetero men have no self respect, no respect for their own beautiful gender, and obsess over and praise girls, putting them on a pedestal in society.
Trust me, I'm not the one who needs to be explained any of that crap lol. Anybody can reasonably deduce Pyro's a guy. I just support the cosmetic because it continues to play into the joke that, in TF lore, nobody knows what Pyro is, if he even is a man (which more than likely refers to him possibly being in-human, not gender. Go figure, he's the one with the most in-human cosmetic choices). Hence I used the term "confusion."
