Ah no, it is part of the Internal combustion engine mod. But you will only need oil if you got that mod :D

The oil drill is part of the conveyors and pipes mod, but it works similar to this drill

Thanks i got it now it takes 2 Steam Engines for the small 3 for the larger and if you have them set up right you can even hook up the refinery to it on the same connection.

you need to select what inventory it picks stuff from. The conveyors have buttons for this

When ever I try to hook up a conveyor to the drill it takes the drill head out and not the ore. Is there going to be a compatibility for the conveyor mod?

I did get it working had to start tearing it down then repaired it, then it started mining.

So far it has not mined anything, have it setup with the engine running at 90%, is there something I am missing?

At full power (but you never reach that, most will be 90%) you mine 900 ore per hour with the low power drill and 2250 with the high power drill

It can actually work at a slower rate. Its like all mechanical machines if you don't have enough power they just run slower. I think with the low power drillhead it will run with 2 windmills

Will there be a weaker and way slower version of this thing? Which will be powered by windmills.
