Wonderful! A perfect way to loosen up a densely built town, if you don't want to just leave open spaces with trees and stuff. A lot more of these (in different sizes ans shapes!) would be a dream. Working as a bus stop makes it even better. I only wish it would allow for more passengers. A lot more, like a 1000 or so. Considering the huge space it takes up compared to most bus stops, and it would perfectly fit the idea of a central point of public life in your town as well, wouldn't it?

Would it be possible to make a version with tram rails, too? I'm thinking of a Berlin Alexanderplatz situation, in case you know it.

And why not add the odd kiosk or fast food or beer stand? It could work as a shop or bar then.
