Now we need a mod that is checking the light requirement for almost anything we're about to do in-game
Any chance you'd consider expanding it to cover other activities that would require light? Might include reading maps, reading / writing in notebooks and similar items . . . maybe even some crafting recipes that would need fine detail work (like Electronics recipes).
That would be awesome, and could probably be done in stages.

Very important: it is imperative to save files in ANSI format so that special characters, such as 'é', are correctly displayed in-game.
Thank you.
Anyway issues like "doesn't work" aren't the issues. Proof is needed, otherwise any other mod may cause errors.
I noticed a small compatibility problem with soulficher's awesome time: the lantern does not allow reading.
Any idea of what kind of mods this might have issues with?
There's this bug with both the hand torch and flashlight, I've tried reading with either of them on and it still says it's too dark to read, unfortunately I have no candles or whatever to help me so I can't check that. I've tried what you said about slightly moving to the side and sitting down and it never worked. Regardless, great mod.
