Yes, I think Hawk also does a flying shoulder block.
It just so happens that Animal's version was the one I used as the basis for this move.

Hawk's wiki lists "leaping shoulder block" among his signature moves. I was watching Terry and Dory Funk vs the Road Warriors last night, and I could have sworn it was Hawk who did the flying shoulder block. I'll have to check it again!

I think they were using it. But I have a strong impression of the Flying Clothesline.
