Does this have a loyalty effect. It looks great, but I have no room left for non-functional mods. Takes the game half an hour to load already, I have so many.

For my remark on the pedestrian path: it is because I like when my Republic builds its monuments and statues.

@polcorp that was a slight error on my part, which I fixed as soon as I noticed it. New ones should now have the footpath the right way round, d'oh!. It is fireproof anyway so the footpath connection isn't really necessary, only if you want to build them with construction crews.

Nice work Comrade! I did not know this monument (I am French) and it is magnificent. I put it in my favorites.
Just a small problem: the access by footpath does not work, we cannot connect the monument.
