Did you try the Fire Projecting Mangonels from Shogun 2? Might be on the small side image-wise but that's what comes to mind.

You are missing the Mangonel though in the Rare units.

Honestly really appreciate the work you've done on this. I'd love to see you incorporate the other 9th edition armies as well like Nippon, you could take unit cards from Shogun 2 for most of their units fairly easily I'd think.

the other magic lore decks for factions like the vampire coast and albion would really be appreciated but amazing work

This is excellent though I find it rather unfortunate that you don't have any models for named characters. Would be 10/10 if you could find the time to include those as well.
