tower unite uses the steam workshop to hotload in playermodels. this means you have seen someone wearing this in-game and it automatically downloaded so you can see it. When you clear your workshop cache this item will be unsubscribed. If you check your workshop submissions you will see there are many more playermodels and condo items that you did not subscribe to.
