@jahr_ : You can find them from "Parks ＆ Plazas -> Props -> User-made Assets" or search "BR" in "Find It".

@jahr_ : Hi, these are animated displays and music of B&R(the Belt and Road): 30s(seconds), 60s(seconds), 30s' music and 60s' music.

If you like 35% game speed(with Speed Slider MOD), please subscribe to 30s, otherwise choose 60s(if you like 100% game speed)(but 65% is closed to original video speed):
