Configuration→System Voices(increase)
Configuration→Character Volume→All Voices(reduce)→Ceoreparqie(increase)

I guess it can't be helped, even with character theme's and sound effects on the lowest setting before they're muted completely, Patchouli's voice is barely audible. :sadMio:
