Great mod, man.

I hope there would be more requirements to upgrade state to further levels beyond "Town", like supply hub (just need one) and railway connections (level needed increases for further levels).

No, it still requires some states to have more infrastructure than 5 which is max now. You can't upgrade most states now.

Mod seems to be working well for me still. I have an extensive mods list including 1930 and ultimate tech tree as well.

The best adjustment would be removing the requirement to be at peace. Maybe with some added debuffs while at war, like lowered factory output, construction speed, and resource extraction effeceincy while in progress.

Can I integrate this mod into my mod?
It's an optimization mod for historical mod, but I'm also planning to add some flavor to it (I mainly use this mod on my discord server, to play on it with my friends, but it's on workshop too)
I'm also planning to change the time duration of  developing states from 210 to 100 days or something else if you don't mind

could you permanently disable the AI? Or make a version of the mod where AI is disabled permanently? I don't want AI to use these decisions at all, and probably some other players too, so a separate version for that would be nice.
