@Cozar -- it could well be a combination of mods that's causing an issue, but I've not yet been able to experiment with order/trying them alone, etc. It could be over-reporting on the part of BetterLoading and similar to what MadTech shared.

@beetlecat I'm not getting any errors on load, or any message saying the dll didn't load.

Yeah, "better loading" mod is showing the same thing. The 'PawnsChooseVanillaBooks.dll is failing to load.

I just noticed this one showing at the top of Mod Manager

Mod PawnsChooseVanillaBooks has a dependency with invalid <packageId>: PawnsChooseResearch

But Mod Manager doesn't show any problems once the games completely loaded, so not sure if this is an issue or not.

Nice! I've loved using Random Research so I don't have to micromanage that, but there are times when I've had to intervene directly. If this lets me do that in a less direct way, I'll love your base mod even more!
