the fact that no matter how much you shake the barrel the water drop just wont fall and it stresses me out, but i really like the design

I'd think this make a good weapon, i know it's not intended too be one, but imagine if it was like a mechanic like the uber, and once it's charged up, you can throw it at enemies for a big gooey explosion that crits everyone nearby, of course that would be op, but what if you needed a 5 kill streak to throw it?
