Is there an event to trigger this guy or something? I've had the mod for a while but he's yet to show up.

@KaldorDraigo yeah, I did. In hindsight, that was probably a terrible modding practice. The old version had changes to the nomad wagon, which would crash the game when players without DLC clicked on the wagon. Perhaps a better solution would be to have the DLC content its own separate mod.

Did you randomly make the old version DLC only? My game was crashing and it took me 30 mins to have to figure out that it the older version is now a dlc only version for some reason.

That was very, very annoying to test mods a few at time to wonder which was causing the crash.
