This is great! Any chance you could post a minor variant of this resembling 2802 Monument Ave? It's almost the same (but I love quoins.)

@abbit.devin - in a few months I'd wager there will be a strong collection of assets with classic RVA architecture. I have a couple more commissions with hamma085 in the queue and I'm learning blender myself. I have about 6 styles of houses from the Church Hill/Chimborazo park area I'm planning to do myself. Then may move onto more of the grander Monument Ave/Boulevard residences...
