I've been thinking of making more race mods and was wanting to update this and the tyrannosaur mod. Expect an update sometime soon(ish maybe)!

Thanks for checking it out! They haven't got a ton of toe-to-toe power against regular raptors I wouldn't think but I haven't tested that out. Against a human though they can take them down unarmed, or should do, with their claws and jaws.

Health-wise they're mostly human but a fair bit faster when running. Obsidian29 helped me out by pointing me to a line of code that improves their hunting stealth so expect an update in that area at some point!

Looks legit; i'll give it a shot in my next play-through: I've been looking for a superior reptilian race that doesn't have massive drawbacks. How do they fair one on one against a jurassic raptor?
Kilhn, Lizardmen, and Kobolds(variations) were all disappointing though I'd say Kilhn only disappoint visually. None of them have the impressive physical abilities one would look for in a beast-race. Any unique history or health properties?

Don't worry, I'll keep to Rimworld's style. It's very important to me that the mods I use don't stand out and scream " HEY I'M A MOD AND DON'T FIT WITH VANILLA ". :P And I won't be offended if you don't want to use what I churn out, I'd just like to offer the option.

I look forward to the T-rex and any other races you create! Rimworld seems lacking to me in that area, and I'd love to have a rich diversity of races to populate my colonies with.

The graphics are ok, I was really just wanting to make a velociraptor race, but they're not great. If you'd like to make new graphics go right ahead! For me personally, I like to keep with the Rimworld style of it being minimalist so that it helps it fit in with other mods and doesn't look too out of place with the other stuff, but that being said I'm obviously not an artist so I can't really say too much in that area!

I'm also going to make a Trex race at some point and then maybe I'll try an avian race in the future. I'd like to have a bunch of races that the player can have either in the background or to play as, especially for those abandoned jungle planets.

Gonna try this as soon as I can run RimWorld again. Right up my alley.

Also, if I may ask, how close are the graphics to what you envision for the race? I'd happily try my hand at a few sketches if you'd like new graphics, and if you like them I can probably convert them to in-game sprites as well.

Either way, there's totally going to be a humanoid raptor colony on the next planet I crashland on. :D

Did you use Pawnbold race as the reference for making and structuring this race?
I see the bionic tail is giving an absurd +125% movement speed bonus, and the bionic tail item is referencing the installing bionic arm surgery rather than the tail's one.

@Krazyfan1 Also yeah, the bite damage should be big, along with claw damage, but I don't know if it's too big or not. Hopefully it's ok!

@|dvh| Sort of, I've drawn black dots a'la the vanilla pawns but the image needs to be in a 128x128 size so it doesn't show up well.

@Krazyfan1 Not at the moment, I'd need to add the raw meat thing in, and I would like to have them ok with cannibalism but I heard that some people were having issues with that code so it's not in at the moment, I'll add it in at some point though!
