So is it possible to use another medical system?
I noticed that Evannex's medical system is extremely buggy when using any mods like Real engine, and PiR.

@Turd Ferguson , They are randomized at scenario launch, you should be able to turn it to default weather by using the radio.

Lots of bugs compared to Altis. Most jets crashed, transport AI would not cross first bridge.
