With how much this game changes yearly, I always take the time to check the upload dates

...That's because it was made for 1.2.
Half the map buttons didn't exist back when this mod was made. People can't seriously expect a mod last updated in 2020 to work today, right? Please normalise looking at the upload dates and save yourself the trouble.

do not download this mod!!! it disappeared most of my UI and i couldnt access half of the game mechanics because of it

Do any of you have an alternative mod? I think the concept is very good, but the mod is very buggy.

It broke my UI awhile ago and now my game is bugged to be missing all of the icons for map modes in the bottom right. They are now tan square placeholders and I cannot fix them by verifying files or by playing modless

It took me a long time to find what mod was breaking my game and making half the UI invisible. It's this one. Don't subscribe until it's updated (currently the mod is in 1.1)

Of the 3 buttons added, 1 doesn't work (terrain), 1 repeats what another button already does (political and "kingdom" do same mode). Please fix :/

Hi there, is it possible to have the mapmode separate that is displayed when you sent one of your court-staff to create more control in a county being?
That mapmode is similar to EU4's unrest mapmode, as I am used to EU4's (way better) mapmodes, I am trying to adjust and rebind things like it.
Of course if you additionaly come up creating a real diplomacy mapmode that would be most wanted and most welcome ;)

Very interesting mod, there's things to be done about mapmodes, sadly ATM the main one I'm looking for is the direct vassals mapmode that can only be accessed by clicking on a vassal. So it exists, and I hope at some point paradox or a mod will allow us to access it more easily.

@Kraster, the counties button is already available, it's just not as apparent as the others. You need to click the plus button and select it from the list. Or press the shortcut for it (I think it's the L key)

Mod doesn't show up in the launcher. Something with the Steam version, as subscribing to the mod via paradoxplaza works. Just letting OP know.

Is there a map mode that shows regions like "Iberia" and "West Germany" and such that are referred to by regional technologies (inspirations)?
