With these mods the block is growing linear as expected.
But after adding:
Testmod
to that list the bug appears. It seems that Testmod has caused the problem.
I have no idea. There's no relics in that mod is related to the block cap though.
btw for recent chat discusisons, i saw a card which was randomly created by another card, which until end of turn, it actually gives a +x to max handsize. i only found it once, but it seemed to work
but yes you have a fair point... one thing that seems to happen is that the game shrinks all the cards in your hand, instead of simply adding a scrollbar mechanism (or a multi taskbar system)
hmmm, maybe until that can be addressed somehow, i leapt to that idea, before i looked

@The360MlgNoscoper this mod was made with the intention of only affecting gameplay in extreme cases; maximum hand size is something that you can reasonably run into without being massively overpowered. The most notable case here being Scrawl.
