The only reason to make an enhanced version of this for the sniper would be for the right hand glove to work with the HWM model, as the cosmetic has its own hand model for some reason.

A suggestion I would add would be a bodygroup to remove the shirt piece in the case someone wanted to put this model on something else. I've slapped a few jackets on models in my day, a large opening helps.
