if you want a quick fix you can copy the mod files, then press create mod on paradox, then put said mod files into the new mod folder. Thereon just delete the states folder from history and any country file from history/countries if they already have ingame content.

mod doesn't work anymore, it makes the game crash. It was a great mod.

weird did a restart and it didn't happen. I had the same mods twice. I know Poland can increase relation with the Baltic states but I'm not sure.

@Trex I just did a normal historical run as Germany and did not experience this. Do you have any more info? Were you using any other mods? Did you do ahist?

@Crispin imma keep it real though chief it still has a lot of the problems of vanilla and sometimes weird things happen, sometimes China wins way too quickly and sometimes Germany just utterly fails to defend the Atlantikwall

Eastern front I think USSR again after a long grind but I usually play as either the USSR or Germany in most of my games lol
Allies are still strong and usually open up a second front against AI Germany and Italy

Small bug report. The SHBB lack modules, or at least I don't know how to invent them (at least the guns). German buff to the General Staff idea gives wrong (pre-NSB) doctrine cost reduction.

@Herr Doctor Tangier is a good idea but I think I would need to shrink the province to make it right and I don't know how to modify the map so I would need some help from someone who knows what they're doing (making new states out of existing provinces is very simple by comparison). I also needed to add Trieste and just Yugoslavia in general could be a bit better, like Germany and Italy really should be splitting Slovenia but that state never has any factories anyway so I took the lazy route :P

I agree with you that making it too radical doesn't make sense, but some parts could be improved a bit for both pre-, during and after war time. Austria is a good and important example indeed, but there are a lot of other minor things that could look great with your mod too, like for example historical Tangier international zone (similar to your Danzig mechanics), proper demilitarized Rhineland zone, Saarland (under French control and semi-idnependet after the war until 1950s), Eupen, proper split of the Yugoslavian zones of occupation (especially Ljubljana, Dalmatia, Kotor and Macedonia), better split of Switzerland, Romanian Transnistria, etc. But again, if it is too time consuming, probably not the best idea.

@Herr Doctor I guess I'm just wondering if there's anything that's really missing? The borders are not exact of course but they're pretty solid, the main glaring example I can think of off the top of my head is Austria being 3 states as opposed to 4 meaning it can't be split historically but I also don't want state bloat to where it's annoying or leads to other unforeseen problems. Finally one of the biggest issues with more major things like this is the issue of diminishing returns, if I make a perfect postwar simulation, what good is it when >99% of players only play for the war and hardly play after the war ends?
Not at all saying it's a bad idea, I think the diminishing returns bit is my main thing when I have pretty limited time. Oh also I'm kinda bad at collaborating lol

Really love your mod, very nicely done, a lot of interesting flavour. Hope you will cooperate with some map improvement mod developer in the future too (which are quite some here but all lucking nice things you've added) to have more ways to simulate historical postwar outcomes and better borders.

Would it be possible for you to add a mechanic which separates British Burma from British India? It happened in April of 1937. It would also be nice to see Ethiopia be restored to independence when the Allies win in East Africa, if you don't mind suggestions.

@Guardiao_Br ahaha it's in the final stages right now of mostly just testing, I've done all the big coding work but I wanna make sure there's no game-breaking bugs when I release it. If I had just dropped it without testing I wouldn't have realized that the new update combined with the mod made it so that Germany would never declare war on Poland which kinda breaks things.
