Hello everyone, since i couldnt find a reason why pantheon of the gods LITE was removed i decided i wanted it back and it should be up and ready again at the end of the week. I found an old 1.4.4 build of the LITE mod and hope we can wip up something out of that.

If there is an update i will inform you guys here

Pantheon of the Gods Lite apparently just got removed from Steam yesterday. Which screws up all existing playthrus that were using the mod unless you were smart enough to save a local copy.

someone made a lite version of this mod and they're updating it to 1.16 but its gonna take a bit because unlike us they have a life.

For anyone who doesn't know, they have a discord. It's not abandoned, the creator wants to rework everything and make it better. Y'all give up way too easy it's amazing

I see. Was probably in the wrong section of the server as the last message i found was from 2022. After you said "its been like a month" i found the one you mean.

Nice mod! Great idea! It would be great if random characters spawn as young-gods/gods/demi-gods in different parts of the map (something similar to great conquerors), but not just random parts but those which Pantheons are created like Kemet, Slavic, Hellenic etc

I don't understand. I chose the option to become a god, but there's nothing that continues the quest. I've become an Ethereal-Sapient but there's nothing else. Am I doing this wrong?

Yeah @ozjnera, Im indifferent towards the races, but i would prefer the main features of the mod to be focused on

I share @hemiger opinion, the extra races in the CK3 universe setting is very appealing, but I also agree with @tmthesaurus.
Maybe keeping it for a submod to PoG, later on when everything is fine and settled ?

I think you should make it so deities don't lose prowess with age; it's quite frustrating having someone who is immortal but has the prowess of 0

Personally the extra races are the more interesting part for me. There are already several different god mods but different races for normal gameplay are pretty rare outside overhauls.

Use this reboot as an opportunity to avoid the feature creep of the original version. This is a mod about playing as gods in CK3. I know you think adding elves is a good idea, but it's just slowing down production while distracting from the core fantasy. It's better to do one thing incredibly well than 10 things poorly.
