@maltesefalcon im interested in this mod, and i want it updated. ive wished for a more accurate depiction of jews since release. most jews in game are ashkenazi, when they actually were less then three percent of the jewish population, sephardis are included fine, but the fact that they added the radhanites without even considering adding mizrahis is truely bizzare, since at least 80% or more of jews then were what we would call mizrahi.

This Mod hasn't been updated in a long time, but I'm very curious if there is still interest! I'm very into Jewish history and I think this is a very cool concept.

whats annoyed me the most is that the Israelite language is NOT Hebrew or at least Yiddish

the biggest thing i like in this mod is that jewish faiths consider eachother as astray or righteous which really jarred me in the vanilla game. very good job.

As a Jew myself, I always love mods like this that flesh out our people's history and cultures. It's greatly appreciated. Also, have you guys thought about expanding/recruiting other devs and/or other contributors to help? I imagine something like this is a lot for simply two people.

important I want to say. The Torah Forbids both male and female adultry and defintly in Rabbinic Judiasm both male and female adultry is punished. Yes to the rabbis the husband only has to suspect the wife for her to be brought to court(though she most likely will be proven innocent). But if caught in adultry both the man and the woman would be punished

Do countries already start modified with this? Because the only way I see the mod working is if I make a custom ruler.

@nlinzer All mod data is available in the steam workshop folder. You can freely edit these files and the changes will be reflected in your game (until the mod next updates and overwrites your changes).

hi, can you add a decision where you create a more unified hebrew culture after restoring israel? it would be pretty cool to create a culture which shares elements from all the israelite cultures instead of just promoting my own flavour of israelite culture

can you make a mod that adds the jews in the bronze age maryannu mod? according to jewish tradition, jacob & his sons would be in egypt around the 1590BCE start. It would be really cool if you could make a character called joseph and give him some land in egypt.

Hello! Just wanted to report that your mod has an incompability with Community Flavor Pack, which causes steppe people and Scandinavian ones to be butt naked. Thanks for this great mod and wish you great Christmas!

For some reason this mod makes all the Scandinavian and steppe people naked. And also makes the person in the ruler designer naked as well 😔
