I have the same problem :(

I seem to keep getting a bug - when I give someone a new outfit to wear other than their default one, the undress option doesn't work as intended. The new outfit remains but their naked body clips through it, showing that it works but not fully. Anyone have a fix for that?

probably because your character is still under 18 years old. They will wear pjamas when 'nude' until they reach 18 (as seen in other events too)

It works, mod settings were changed to none in the paradox launcher in the last update.
You can also update the version manually in programfiles 86/ steam/ steamapps / workshop / content / number file/ number file/ update the descriptor file. I cant remember if the decriptor files stops all, none or some of the mods for working. but it make the warning traingle go away. I use format 1.*.* to keep from contantly updating.
