@Stoya_dino_vich, thanks :) But, as mentioned before, the original idea of this mod belongs to ZonaryQuasar, what I just reworked the formulas and XP gain mechanics. All credit goes to him.

I hope they threw a couple of bucks or a job interview your way. If not, still a pretty cool accomplishment to have made a mod that made it into the game.

I always get hyperthermia(?) after the workout. is that normal?

So, I liked the idea of this mod. However I didnt quite get what I have to do. I should exercise with resting for max efficiency? How long should I rest?

This looks like an outstanding update for the previous mod that really addresses the most glaring issues. Thank you for taking the time to document and create this mod!
