Would be great if there was also an option to force the tank to drain. Otherwise, the switch to mega storage is far too much of a hassle.

could you make a tank producer forcing its ressources on the grid?

indeed, but thats what you would need, to act as a producer if you want to move the contents - not just by using it up by regualar other consumers

Tanks don't normally drain when there's positive.

Is your production for that type of resource positive or negative?

drain mode seems to only stop increase, but not cause currently stored ressource to be pushed out to the grid as hoped :/
