to make this work good in 1.3 you need to go to the folder location (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2213425097<-this number is the name of classic fallout music mod) then you go into 1.2 folder->defs->songdefs and open with a notepad the file "songs_gameplay" In this file you will notice that line <volume>1.1</volume> on every song is set to 1.1 ( i have no idea why) but if you change every instance of "<volume>1.1</volume>" to "<volume>1.0</volume>" it should work fine.
my undestanding is that the volume is percentage meaning that 1.0 is 100% percen loudness, i have no idea why author decided to set it to 110%. the game recognises it as 10% in my opinion.
this change has fixed the game for me, maybe author will comeback and correct it, otherwise feel free to edit the files however you like since it is your computer. bye bye

It still works. Only thing is the volume is low so it is better to completely remove the default music if you use this.

music is to quite compared to vanilla music. If i turn it up to hear this music I get blasted by vanilla.

Tactics had some nice ambient-themed music. They were usually short though, I had to stitch them together to make something listenable.

lol i was trying to find a playlist mod so i could add fallout music becuse i have alot of fallout mods, only to find this thanks for saving me the trouble.

also, Fallout Tactics has some great music too, and in the same spirit. Adding those would be cool

well i had an fully working modlist and yet i got lua error bar that disappeared after i unsubscribed these files something about error reading the XML files provided in the mod

No reason for that, check your mod order for possible conflicts. This mod only injects new music tracks to the default list.
