Unless it wanst clear, you also need to have the Gm_bigcity_night_hdr map. Other than that, you can either load up "My Saves" from the Garrys Mod main menu, or load up the afore mentioned map and load it from "My Saves" under the "Saves" tab from the q menu.

At the time "More Materials!" was an addon for more textures for the Materials tool. Its what I used to paint the floor and walls.
