For interest, I resolved the mod listing issue my side by uninstalling the game and reinstalling. Deleted all the mod files and then re-subscribed. All mods up to date and, apart from one or two that are being updated by Mods (thanks to ALL modders for their work). No issue now.
PS: Huge thanks for this mod @Aelarion - it is awesome!

@Esidisi read the "Having Trouble?" section, Paradox's Launcher has been having problems lately with their recent updates, seems like the mod registry it uses wasn't functioning properly. The original mod author's page also indicates his mod was having issues as well.

Updated the mod descriptor so no one cries about the version flagging in Paradox's stupid launcher. Nothing changed, not really needed from what I can tell. Scrolling seems to work fine for me on 2.8.1.

@scurtis94 no just this one. You should actually make sure you delete the old version, they will definitely have conflicts. I'll make sure to add this to the description

do I need the origional mod as well, or just this one (great idea for a fix btw)
