Prop it Up can still work for some players, depending on their other mods used, but it is wonky for me and broken for others. Klyte is working through a new mod called Prop Switcher, which aims to do the same as Prop it Up. It's still in development but I am always happy with his work - he puts a lot of work into his mods. I'm keeping my eye on it as it develops into new versions.

Anyway, the main thing is that I love your creations (you have a new follower :D ) and they'll be going in my North American cities.
@MrBr0fessor since Prop it Up isn't quite working right any more, aside from the LSM tip hockenheim95 mentioned, you can also simply not subscribe to the US flag. It will show up in LSM report as a missing asset, but this is absolutely no problem especially for props.
1. Use Prop it up and remove the Flags
2. Use Loading Screen Mod to prevent the flag from loading
