It is mostly abandoned.

I generally only update this mod when it completely stops working.
Some features rely on (unfortunately) hardcoded lists that are no longer being maintained.

you can use this one command: c_spawn("webber")

and you can try yourself too, go to a single players server, enable the mod and spawn in a character

Its sad that when i spawn a character in (like webber) it crashes the game.

There's a mod option which should allow everything to be possessed, including cawnival mobs.
I think it's called something like "Everything except Players & Boats".

I seriously love this mod. It's like my favorite thing ever!
I know the attacking and inventory thing are planned so I wont pester you about them but I am excited since being a ghost is actually fun now.

nah I like the chaos better. I can vanquish foes even when I am dead now!

It should be so the more you play while you are dead a bar would fill up which would let you possess stuff, you would need to have a certain amount to possess thing and the more time you spend possessing something the less possession juice you have, I'm mostly asking for this so people cant just kill themselves and start possessing people and yeeting them into danger, since as fun as chaos is, this mod could probably work really well with a bit less chaos.

If not, do you know the name of the server? I might be able to help with that.

I won't be adding indicators that let people know who is making someone talk for a few reasons:
• It goes against the spirit of the mod
• Admins need to learn how to use critical thinking to determine if someone is being framed
• I'm kind of a lazy jerk

You've put a lot of work onto this but it got me banned from a server, maybe add something to indicate that "you" are not the one talking? because that's how I got banned...

I've checked out the mod's code, and I can say it's structured in a fundamentally different way from Possession 2.

The methods used for inventory & combat control in that mod may be incompatible with Possession 2, since I want several players to be able to control the same creature or person simultaneously.

I'll definitely take a close look at the code & see what I can figure out from how they did things, though.

I'm having the same problems as Android is. I have a server of my own, and sometimes it just wouldn't let me in unless i disabled it. Nowadays, however, it's letting me in but not other people. When people join, they crash immediately. Ik they crash since one of my steam friends came, left, and then the notification said that they were playing don't starve together again. Please fix when you have the chance! I would really love to use this mod :)

I haven't been in much of a DST mood lately. but when I will be, I'll investigate the crash & try to fix it.

I liked this mod, Recently I tried it and I had enlightenment (The lunar island effect) and it crashed, For some reason every possession 2 server I join now crashes.

There is a glitch from this mod that makes other player's vision have the lunacy effect/vison and a cusor glitch!

There's already a setting for that, please check the mod options.
You should see "Everyone", "Only Admins", and "No One" options for every category.

pls add setting *admin only possesion* i not like players can possession myself >:(
