Is there a way for Combine Shotgun Soldier's to keep having shotguns and not any weapons?

He ain't lying, i tried it and it worked, just either delete the w_ files or move it to another folder.

Here's the fix for the weapons not being held properly:
Go to your Gmod folder and in addons go to your CSS content folder and in weapons delete all files that start with "w_". Done.

some reason the guns dont work for the npcs for me they dont hold the gun correctley or it wont show up can you fix it.

One problem I have is that there's no ways to just, spawn these weapons.
I have a mod that allows me to give and strip weapons to an already spawned NPC, allowing me to spawn a bunch of unarmed NPCs, and give them some few weapons as I see fit.
Plus, I like placing weapons, for the NPCs to pick up at their own accord.
It's a little limiting to HAVE to spawn them in with the weapon override.

Can NPCs have a way to holster their weapons like the default HL2 weapons when they are out of battle? For realism purposes, I'd like to know if because I don't like the fact that my allies stick their guns at me.
