I think I'm going to port 3 or 4 more unique models (non-texture swaps) then I'll probably try to port the human villager and dress him up like in smash.

Human villagers would be great, but it may take me some time because I'd need to find several clothes textures and their respective model files, which will take a while because there are over 2,000 texture files for just tops alone. Also, I currently don't know where hair, clothes, body, and faces for villager are stored, the models for normal villagers come with all needed textures and any unique accessories, so its fairly quick to find who I want and what they need. Most porting time is spent editing the bones and model scale in blender for the normal villagers. Special NPCs have a similar issue but I believe its not as crazy as the human villager. Props should be really easy, but I'd want to port several at once and would need to spend a lot of time searching for them within the game.

Maybe? I'm already starting to run out of ideas and I don't want to port several personal favorites so I'm willing to consider some suggestions.

I like a lot that Nintendo named her after that granny that is a big fan of Animal Crossing, it was a nice detail.

My goal is a mixture of both, I want one model of each species to make it easier for others to port in the future (texture swaps and maybe clothes models) but I also know that a lot of the cats are popular so I'll probably swap back and forth over time.
