I had to delete the Media-Fire file and re-instal the: shotgun skin and the script a few times . It's working properly now.

That's weird. I don't think that mod had a script included, either. I actually used it for a while, it worked fine with this script.
Are you sure it's activated in the addon list?

There is a problem with the script. The script you got is missing the L4D1 arms.

i disabled this script and the arms were visible again.
