There is no real installation to do, to have them you can either use a plugin to spawn them with commands, or edit a map to add them. Vehicles can't be added to the traffic without a game modification

can someone make a video that shows the step by step instructions on how to installs these vehicles?

All mods are located in the "Custom" folder of the world builder, but you can also search by name.

The game dev made a world builder tutorial here
For BPE i don't use it, but i'm sure you can find out how to do on BPE website

why is there no tutorial for this...?

You can add it to your map with the world builder, or spawn it with BPEssentials

what about spawning in game?
