Yeah, i think so. It may occur that it actually deals 49,9999 or something. I don't adjust the value anyhow.
There is also a communication between your game and the game server. It may be possible that a number rounding errors occurs there. I'm not very firm with those things though.

@Dzirt-Ra No, this mod does not work with DST and it will not work with DST in the future.
@Hawaiian you can turn of decimal points with the settings. (are there still fractional numbers then?)
