Does this one have any models based on 215 South 9th Street, known as The Oakland apartments? That structure was the first modern apartment in the city and still survives, surrounded by sad parking lots.

This is great. Very versatile. Similar type of small brick apartments made it all the way to the West Coast in the 1920s.

Reminds me of the buildings near Dinkytown and also found in Loring park, etc. Great job!
