No! It is only a Gamemod. I can't upload foreign maps (from other people) because authors can send report for this

What's the problem do you have? If your friends haven't map you need send all maps what you wanna play for example with use Torrent protocol or something like a Google Drive. Also your friends need download CS:GO and active his in "Games".

If you have question "Why my friends need download CS:GO. If I download I can play in CS:GO without GMod" I have two reasons:
1) Lags. New version of CS:GO haven't anything optimization and your friends or you can't play HnS normally
2) Bugs with maps. If you play CS:GO HnS you may face a problem when you have limit players per team.

This gamemode created for solve this 2 problems.

first of all, great mod, i really like the csgo hns maps and its sad they arent on the gmod workshop. i have this problem where my friends dont install the maps even if we all have the addon share mod installed, is there maybe a fix to this?
