Yes, I think there was. Im quite sure toybox had some sort of disco grenade as well.
Either way, I could not find it at all. So i decided to make one myself as i thought it would be funny watching NPCs dance, lol.

@crobles74 : It depends, If its like citizens with a different model then it should work. However, Some models may not have the animations for example.

Custom scripted NPCs like VJ Base NPCs im not too sure.
